马晓昌治疗经皮冠状动脉介入术后再发胸痛的临床经验

Experience of MA Xiao-chang in treating recurrent angina after PCI

马晓昌教授在心血管治疗方面有其独到的见解,认为经皮冠状动脉介入术(PCI)后再发胸痛可归属于中医"胸痹心痛"的范畴,病机为"阳微阴弦",即"本虚标实"。"本虚"以气虚、阳虚为主。"标实"以瘀血痰浊为主。临床上常用瓜蒌薤白半夏汤加减,通阳散结,祛痰宽胸,并且在治疗过程中注重调控患者情志与加用活血化瘀药物,取得不错疗效。

Professor MA Xiao-chang has unique insights in cardiovascular therapy,he believes that recurrent angina after PCI can be attributed to the category of‘chest pain and heartache’in traditional Chinese medicine.The pathogenesis is‘yang weakly and yin string’in other words‘root deficiency and branch excess’.‘Root deficiency’is dominated by qi deficiency and yang deficiency.Blood stasis and phlegm turbidity are the main characteristics of‘branch excess’.In clinical practice,the Gualou Xiebai Banxia Decoction is commonly used for the treatment,activating yang and removing obstruction,dispelling phlegm and enlarging chest.Professor MA pays attention to the regulation of patients’emotion and the addition of drugs for promoting blood circulation to dissipate blood stasis in the treatment process,which get good curative effect.
