类风湿关节炎合并心脏损害的中医治疗

Traditional Chinese medicine treatment of rheumatoid arthritis with heart damage

类风湿关节炎作为独立的心血管危险因素之一,可导致心脏损害,常病情急重。类风湿关节炎的活动度与心脏损伤的严重度具有相关性。同时也符合中医痹证日久,可成心痹的理论。文章撷取具有代表性的3例类风湿关节炎合并心脏损害病例,分别是类风湿关节炎出现急性心包炎、急性心功能不全和急性心肌梗死冠状动脉置入支架术后的病例。刘维教授认为,要解决心痹,就要及时祛除风湿,故中医采取活血化浊、祛风除痹之法,取得了满意的临床疗效,也为本病的中医治疗积累了宝贵的经验。

Rheumatoid arthritis,as one of the independent cardiovascular risk factors,can lead to heart damage.And the condition is often acute and severe.The activity of rheumatoid arthritis is related to the severity of heart injury.At the same time,it is also in line with the theory of traditional Chinese medicine,which is heart bi(obstruction of the heart qi)may formed due to long time suffering of bi syndrome.In this paper,three typical cases of rheumatoid arthritis with cardiac damage were selected,which were rheumatoid arthritis with acute pericarditis,acute cardiac insufficiency and after operation of coronary stent implantation.Professor LIU Wei believes that in order to solve the problem of heart bi,it is necessary to dispell wind and dampness timely.Therefore,TCM doctors adopt the method of promoting blood circulation and removing turbid qi,dispelling wind and eliminating bi,which has achieved satisfactory clinical effect.It has also accumulated valuable experience in the treatment of traditional Chinese medicine for this disease.
