周斌治疗溃疡性结肠炎经验浅析

ZHOU Bin’s experience in treating ulcerative colitis

溃疡性结肠炎是慢性非特异性肠道炎症性疾病,病程漫长,容易复发。周斌教授基于多年临床实践,认为溃疡性结肠炎的基本病机在于脾肾亏虚、气血失调,确立了脾肾同治、气血同调的治疗思路,并结合温病卫气营血传变特点,从下焦卫气营血分论治本病,取得较好的临床疗效。

Ulcerative colitis(UC)is a chronic non-specific intestinal inflammatory disease,which is of a long course and easy to recur.Based on years of clinical practice,professor ZHOU Bin thinks that the main pathogenesis of UC lies in the deficiency of spleen and kidney,and the disorder of qi and blood.On this basis,professor ZHOU suggests treating UC with the therapy of tonifying spleen and kidney,and harmonizing qi and blood.Besides,the theory of defense-qi-nutrient-blood is used in the treatment,which can achieve a good clinical curative effect.
