摘要
中医药具有调节HIV/AIDS机体免疫功能、促进免疫重建、延缓疾病进展的作用,但内在的作用机制尚不明确。最新研究表明细胞焦亡是HIV感染过程中造成CD_4^+T细胞死亡的主要程序性细胞死亡方式。文章分别从中医药防治HIV/AIDS免疫调节作用机制研究现状及HIV与细胞焦亡关系分析,提出细胞焦亡是中医药调节HIV/AIDS免疫功能作用机制研究的新位点,为中医药防治艾滋病作用机制研究提供了新思路。
Traditional Chinese medicine can adjust the body immunity,promote the immune reconstitution and postpone the onset of AIDS,but the mechanism is unknown.The recent studies have shown that pyroptosis is the main way that HIV causes CD4+T cell death.In this paper,the author according to the current situation of the research on immunomodulatory mechanism of HIV/AIDS with TCM and the analysis of the relationship between HIV and pyroptosis,put forward that the pyroptosis is a new site of research in the mechanism of immune function regulation of HIV/AIDS with traditional Chinese medicine,which provides a new idea for the research on the mechanism of TCM against AIDS.
