皂苷类化合物抗肿瘤血管生成作用及机制研究进展 被引量:6

Research progress of saponins in the anti-angiogenesis and its mechanism

摘要 皂苷类化合物种类繁多,广泛分布于自然界中,是多种传统中药的主要活性成分,具有抗肿瘤、抗炎等多种药理学活性。抗肿瘤血管生成被认为是最有前景的抗肿瘤治疗策略之一,近年来的一系列研究结果表明,天然药物来源的多种皂苷类化合物具有良好的抗肿瘤血管生成活性,有望开发出新的、高效、低毒的抗肿瘤血管生成候选药物。文章综述了近年来国内外关于皂苷类化合物抗血管生成作用及其相关机制的研究进展。 Saponins,the main active ingredients of many traditional Chinese medicines,are widely distributed in nature and have been reported have many pharmacological activities,such as anti-tumor,anti-inflammatory.Now,anti-angiogenesis is considered as one of the most promising anti-tumor treatment strategies.Many saponins from natural herbs have been shown have good anti-angiogenesis activity by series of studies in recent years,which is expected to develop new,highly effective and low toxicity anti-angiogenesis candidate drugs.The article reviews the recent progress in the studies on the antiangiogenic effects of saponins and their related mechanisms.
