补中益气汤加减对胃癌患者Th1、Th2细胞因子及Th1/Th2免疫平衡的影响

Effects of Buzhong Yiqi Decoction on Th1,Th2 cytokines and Th1/Th2 immune balance in patients with gastric cancer

目的:探讨补中益气汤加减对胃癌患者Th1、Th2细胞因子及Th1/Th2免疫平衡的影响。方法:72例胃癌患者随机分为观察组和对照组,各36例。对照组常规化疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合补中益气汤加减治疗。比较治疗前后两组患者白细胞介素(IL)-4、IL-10、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、干扰素-γ(IFN-γ)表达,CD4^+T、CD8^+T、CD4/CD8,Th1、Th2、Th1/Th2及化疗不良反应情况。结果:治疗后观察组Th1细胞因子(IFN-γ、TNF-α)水平明显高于对照组(P<0.05),Th2细胞因子(IL-4、IL-10)水平明显低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后观察组CD4^+T细胞和CD4/CD8比值明显高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后观察组Th1细胞和Th1/Th2比值明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组恶心呕吐发生率、骨髓抑制程度明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:补中益气汤加减能提高胃癌患者免疫功能,改善Th1/Th2免疫失衡状态,减轻化疗不良反应。

Objective:To investigate the effects of Buzhong Yiqi Decoction on Th1,Th2 cytokines and Th1/Th2 immune balance in patients with gastric cancer.Methods:A total of 72 cases of gastric cancer were randomly divided into observation group and control group,36 cases each.The control group adopted routine chemotherapy,the observation group adopted routine chemotherapy combined with Buzhong Yiqi Decoction.The expression of IL-4,IL-10,TNF-α,IFN-γ,CD4^+T,CD8^+T,CD4/CD8,Th1,Th2,Th1/Th2 and the adverse reactions of Chemotherapy were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results:The level of Th1 cytokines(IFN-γ,TNF-α)in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group after treatment(P<0.05),the level of Th2 cytokines(IL-4,IL-10)was significantly lower than that of control group(P<0.05);the ratio of CD4+T cells and CD4/CD8 in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group after treatment(P<0.05);the ratio of Th1 cells and Th1/Th2 in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group after treatment(P<0.05);the incidence of nausea and vomiting and the degree of bone marrow suppression in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Buzhong Yiqi Decoction can improve the immune function of gastric cancer patients,improve Th1/Th2 immune imbalance,and alleviate the side effects of chemotherapy.
