不同贮藏时间零陵香抗氧化活性及主要物质变化的研究

Anti-oxidant activity and changes of main antioxidant in different storage time of Lysimachia foenum-graecum Hance

摘要 目的:对不同贮藏时间零陵香抗氧化活性及主要抗氧化物质变化进行研究。方法:采用1,1-二苯基-2-三硝基苯肼(DPPH)法和2,2-联氮-二(3-乙基-苯并噻唑-6-磺酸)二铵盐(ABTS)法对零陵香不同极性部位抗氧化活性进行对比研究,比较不同部位抗氧化活性强弱。根据结果,采用DPPH-HPLC技术对抗氧化活性最强的部位的抗氧化活性物质进行筛选,并采用Q-TOF-MS/MS技术对其贡献率最高的抗氧化成分进行快速鉴定。结果:零陵香不同极性部位抗氧化活性强弱如下:乙酸乙酯部位>正丁醇部位>萃余部位>总部位>石油醚部位,零陵香乙酸乙酯部位抗氧化活性成分筛选及鉴定结果表明,在此部位最主要的抗氧化成分为对羟基苯甲酸。结论:零陵香乙酸乙酯具有较强抗氧化活性,其抗氧化活性与贮藏时间成反比,可为其开发利用奠定物质基础。 Objective:To study the changes of anti-oxidant activity and main antioxidant in different storage time of Lysimachia foenum-graecum Hance.Methods:DPPH and ABTS methods were used to compare the antioxidant activities of different polar parts of Lysimachia foenum-graecum Hance.DPPH-HPLC technique was used to screen the antioxidant active substances in the parts with the strongest antioxidant activity,and Q-TOF-MS/MS technique was used to quickly identify the antioxidant components with the highest contribution rate.Results:The antioxidant activity of different polar parts of Lysimachia foenum-graecum Hance was as follows:ethyl acetate fraction>n-butanol fraction>extraction residue part>headquarter position>petroleum ether part.The results of screening and identifying the antioxidant active components of ethyl acetate showed that the most important antioxidant component was p-hydroxybenzoic acid.Conclusion:The ethyl acetate has strong antioxidant activity,and its antioxidant activity is inversely proportional to the storage time,which can lay a solid foundation for its development and utilization.
