探穴针法治疗陈旧性踝关节扭伤30例

Needling method for seeking hole on 30 cases of old sprain ankle joint

目的:观察探穴针法对30例陈旧性踝关节扭伤患者的疗效。方法:60例陈旧性踝关节扭伤患者根据随机数字表分为治疗组、对照组,每组30例采用Kofoed踝关节功能评分量表对踝关节功能进行评定,从而观察及评价探穴针法治疗陈旧性踝关节扭伤的临床效果。结果:治疗组总有效率100%(30/30),对照组总有效率80%(24/30),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后两组Kofoed功能评分总体评分及活动度、解剖功能、疼痛评分均较治疗前显著升高(P<0.05),且治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:探穴针法能有效促进陈旧性踝关节扭伤患者软组织修复,改善损伤踝关节功能及活动度,提高患者生活质量,且其疗效优于常规针刺疗法。

Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of needling method for seeking hole on 30 patients with old sprain ankle joint.Methods:Sixty patients with old sprain ankle joint were divided into treatment group and control group according to random number table.Kofoed ankle function scoring scale was used to evaluate the ankle function and observe the clinical effect of needling method for seeking hole on old sprain ankle joint.Results:The total effective rate of the treatment group was 100%(30/30),and the control group was 80%(24/30),with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).After treatment,the overall score,activity,anatomical function and pain score of Kofoed function score in the two groups were significantly higher than before treatment(P<0.05),and the treatment group was superior to the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Needling method for seeking hole can effectively promote the soft tissue repair of patients with old sprain ankle joint,improve the function and mobility of injured ankle,the quality of life and its curative effect is superior to conventional acupuncture.
