环形激光在表浅大隐静脉主干闭合术中的应用效果观察

目的探讨环形激光在表浅大隐静脉主干闭合中应用效果.方法选择术前B超定位下测量大腿中下段大隐静脉主干最浅处与皮肤间距离<0.5cm的大隐静脉曲张患者60例,应用1470nm环形激光闭合表浅大隐静脉主干.结果1470nm环形激光在输出功率为6~8W时可有效的闭合表浅大隐静脉主干,除15例术后产生皮肤色素沉着外,无皮肤灼伤、大腿皮肤瘀血等术后并发症发生.结论环形激光具有独特的作用机理,配合良好的肿胀液注射技术,对于表浅大隐静脉主干闭合能取得较好疗效,且并发症少,值得临床推广.

Objective To investigate the effect of ring laser treatment for superficial main saphenous vein.Methods 60 patients with varicose great saphenous vein were selected.Their distance between the shallowest part of the great saphenous vein in the middle and lower thigh and the skin was less than 0.5cm.The main superficial saphenous vein was closed with 1470 nm ring laser.Results 1470 nm ring laser effectively closed superficial main saphenous vein when the output power was 6-8W.Excepted for 15 cases of skin pigjnentation after operation,there was no skin bum,thigh skin congestion and other postoperative complications.Conclusion The ring laser has a unique mechanism of action,combined with a good swelling liquid injection technology,it can achieve a good effect on the closure of the superficial great saphenous vein trunk,and has few complications,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
