摘要
目的探讨误吸风险评估在老年食管癌术后患者早期经口进食中的效果观察.方法选取2018年5月至2019年5月老年食管癌患者107例,按照入院时间顺序随机分为观察组和对照组.对照组按照常规护理;观察组在误吸风险评估的基础上实行饮食分级护理.记录两组患者出现误吸及并发症的情况.结果观察组出现误吸的次数比例明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),发生并发症患者比例明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论对老年食管癌术后早期经口进食患者进行误吸风险评估,并根据风险评估结果,实行饮食分级护理,可以减少误吸次数并减少并发症的比例,提高患者满意度,值得临床推广.
Objective To investigate the effect of aspiration risk assessment on early oral feeding in elderly patients after esophageal cancer surgery.Methods 107 elderly patients with esophageal cancer admitted to the thoracic surgery department of our hospital from May 2018 to May 2019 were selected as the study subjects,and randomly divided into observation group and control group according to the admission sequence.Control group according to routine care;on the basis of the risk assessment of aspiration,the observation group was treated with graded diet nursing.Misaspiration and complications were recorded in both groups.Result The incidence of aspiration in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The incidence of complications was significantly lower than that in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusions It is worthy of clinical promotion to evaluate the misaspiration risk of elderly patients who eat through the mouth in the early postoperative period of esophageal cancer,and to implement graded diet nursing according to the risk assessment results,which can reduce the number of misaspiration,reduce the proportion of complications and improve the satisfaction of patients.
