人类命运共同体视阈下的中国国家形象传播

China’s National Image Communication from the Perspective of the Community of Shared Future for Mankind

近年来,人类命运共同体理念逐渐成为推动全球治理体系变革的价值规范,人类命运共同体和中国国家形象之间是相互影响、相互促进的关系,良好的中国国家形象有助于消除国际社会对人类命运共同体的质疑。对此,要重点把握三个方面:一是提升国际话语能力,建构和平发展的中国国家形象,消除国际社会对中国倡导人类命运共同体真实意图的误解;二是提供国际公共产品,建构负责任的大国形象,推进人类命运共同体“共同发展、合作共赢”理念深入人心;三是开展文化交流,建构求同存异的中国国家形象,传播人类命运共同体“不同文明、同一世界”的价值主张。

In recent years,the concept of the community of shared future for mankind has gradually become a value norm to promote the reform of global governance system.However,we should also bear in mind that there are still many doubts in the international community.This paper holds the view that the relationship between the community of shared future for mankind and China’s national image is interactive and mutually reinforcing.A good national image of China will help to eliminate the doubts of the international community about the community of shared future for mankind.In this regard,we must focus on three aspects:first,eliminate the misunderstanding of China’s intention to advocate the community of shared future for mankind by enhancing the international discourse ability and building a national image of peaceful development;second,promote the concept of“common development and win-win cooperation”in a community with a shared future for mankind.by providing international public goods and constructing the image of a responsible power;third,disseminate the value proposition of“the same world with different civilizations”in the community with a shared future by promoting cultural exchanges,building a national image of China with the principle of seeking common ground while reserving differences.
