摘要
对核电站1E级应急柴油发电机油泵和出线盒的抗震性能进行了MTS模拟地震振动台的试验研究.首先连续施加白噪声激励,测得油泵和出线盒在3个正交轴上的自振频率及阻尼比.根据核电厂的楼面地震加速度反应谱,生成人工地震波,对油泵和出线盒的3个正交轴向同时输入人工地震波激振,分别进行了5次运行基准地震(OBE)和1次安全停堆地震(SSE)模拟地震振动台试验.试验过程中出线盒不通电,油泵通电并进行油循环,并对抗震试验前后的油泵及出线盒的性能指标进行对比.试验结果表明:该油泵和出线盒在各种地震工况下结构完整,运行功能良好,风机的各项性能指标在抗震试验前后无明显变化,抗震性能满足要求.
Seismic performance of class 1E emergency diesel generator oil pump and outlet box for nuclear power plant were evaluated based on MTS shaking table tests.Dynamic characteristics including the orthogonal tri-axial fundamental frequencies and equivalent damping ratios were measured under the white noise scanning excitation.Artificial seismic waves were generated corresponding to the floor acceleration response spectra of nuclear power plants.Five OBE and one SSE shaking table tests for dehydrogenation fan were performed by using the artificial seismic waves as the seismic inputs along the orthogonal axis simultaneity.During the test,the box was not energized,the oil pump was energized and the oil circulation was carried out.The performance indices of the oil pump and outlet box before and after the earthquake test were compared.The results show that the structural integrity and operating function of the oil pump and outlet box are perfect during all seismic tests,and the performance indexes of the oil pump and outlet box could remain consistent before and after seismic tests;the seismic performance of the oil pump and outlet box can satisfy relevant technical requirements.
