装配式混凝土砌块填充墙RC框架结构抗震性能试验研究 被引量:5

摘要 传统砌块墙人工砌筑的方式不符合建筑工业化要求,为发展砌墙机砌筑的无竖向灰缝的装配式砌块墙,研究了不同连接方式及梁类型对装配式混凝土砌块填充墙抗震性能的影响.对6榀框架进行低周反复加载试验,分析研究了试件的破坏特征、滞回性能、承载能力、刚度退化和延性等.试验结果表明:装配式混凝土砌块填充墙比普通空心砌块填充墙有更好的延性,裂缝发展更具规律,说明受力均匀;无竖向灰缝的接触模式改变了墙体破坏形态和破坏模式,使墙体的破坏过程从整墙受力到墙柱组合体受力,防止脆性破坏;叠合梁的设置对墙体抗震性能影响不大,故可采用墙体与框架柱钢丝绳连接,并采用叠合梁施工,提升施工效率. The traditional masonry wall artificial masonry method does not meet the requirements of the industrialization of the buildings.To develop the prefabricated concrete block masonry infill wall with no vertical mortar built with wall machine,the influence of different connection and beam types on the seismic performance of prefabricated block walls is studied by the quasi-static tests of six pieces of prefabricated concrete block infill wall.The comparative studies were conducted to investigate the failure characteristic,hysteretic behavior,bearing capacity,stiffness degradation of and ductility coefficient of fabricated block masonry infill-wall frame structure.The test results indicate that the prefabricated concrete block infill wall has better ductility than the ordinary hollow block infill wall,and the crack development is more regular,indicating that the force is even.The contact mode without vertical gray joint changes the failure shape and failure mode of the wall,so that the damage process of the wall is forced from the whole wall to the wall column assembly to prevent brittle failure.The setting of the composite beam has little effect on the seismic performance of the wall.Therefore,the wall can be connected with the frame column wire rope,and the composite beam construction can be used to improve the construction efficiency.
