摘要
哈尔滨富力中心是超高层综合体,包括三幢塔楼、七层高的裙房、四层地下室,其中最高的T1塔楼建筑高度270m.重点介绍T1塔楼的结构选型和结构布置,T1塔楼错层区域钢折梁构件和节点的计算与设计,裙房转换桁架的设计,地下室外墙设计中根据支承条件进行分类设计的情况,地下室车库区域无梁楼盖的结构布置和设计计算,钢管混凝土柱和钢筋混凝土梁节点的处理,跨层内隔墙的设计及相关节点.通过对这些问题的细致分析和设计,保证了结构设计的安全与经济,满足了建筑功能和施工便利性要求,为类似建筑结构设计提供了有价值的借鉴案例.
Harbin R&F Center are super high-rise complex buildings which include three towers,one podium of seven stories,and basements of four stories.The tallest T1 tower is a 56-story mansion whose total height is 270 m.It was described that the structural system selection and layout of T1 tower,design of polyline steel beams and corresponding joints,the structural layout and calculation of transferred trusses in podium,structural design of outer walls in basements according to their support condition,the structural layout and calculation of basement floors without beams,connections refinement of concrete-filled-tube columns with reinforced concrete beams,design of dividing walls whose height are 11.8 meters. After analysis and design of these problems,the safety and economy of the structures was guaranteed and it was met for the building function and construction convenience.These contents can provide valuable reference for similar structures.
