摘要
使用《职业期望量表》,对南京特殊教育师范学院聋人大学生进行问卷调查,发现:聋人大学生的职业期望总体上处于中等偏上水平,且更注重声望地位、稳定性和内在价值因素;不同性别、不同父亲学历的聋人大学生职业期望存在显著性差异;不同年级、生源地、母亲学历的聋人大学生职业期望不存在显著性差异。因此,建议从创设融合环境和建立合理的职业定位两个方面来提高聋人大学生的职业期望。
This study uses the career expectation scale to select deaf college students from Nanjing Normal University of Special Education,and finds that:The career expectation of deaf college students is generally in the upper middle level,and they pay more attention to prestige,stability and intrinsic value factors;There are significant differences in the career expectation of deaf college students of different genders and fathers with different education levels;There was no significant difference in career expectation of deaf college students o different grades,places of origin and mothers’degrees.Therefore,it is suggested to improve the professional expectations of deaf college students from two aspects:create integrated environment and establish reasonable career orientation.
