摘要
为提高广义空间调制(generalised spatial modulation,GSM)多输入多输出通信系统中频谱利用率,提出一种混合调制的广义空间调制(HM-GSM)方案。该方案利用激活的发射天线分别调制不同星座符号,其中部分星座符号直接地被调制在激活的天线上;部分星座符号被分成实部和虚部之后,分别调制在激活的天线上。与其他传统空间调制方案相比,HM-GSM方案在相同频谱利用率情况下具有更大的发射符号之间的最小欧式距离值。在接收端确知信道状态信息和采用最大似然检测条件下,通过蒙特卡洛方法对多种技术方案进行MATLAB仿真。结果表明:在相同频谱利用率时,与其他传统技术方案相比,HM-GSM方案可降低平均误比特率,进一步提高无线通信可靠性。
A GSM with hybrid modulation(HM-GSM)was proposed in this paper to improve the spectral efficiency of the generalized space modulation(GSM)scheme.In the HM-GSM scheme,the active transmit antennas(TAs)were used to modulate different constellation symbols,some of which were directly modulated on some active TAs and others,divided into real and imaginary parts,were modulated respectively on the other TAs.Compared with the traditional spatial modulation schemes,the HM-GSM scheme has larger minimum Euclidean distance(MED)between transmitted symbols at the same spectral efficiency.Under the condition of ideal channel state information and maximum likelihood detection,the MATLAB simulations of various technical schemes are carried out by Monte Carlo method,and the simulation results show that the HM-GSM scheme has a lower average bit error ratio(BER)and therefore a higher reliability of wireless communication compared with the traditional schemes at the same spectral efficiency.
