对当前全球科技创新形势的研判——基于美国《科学与工程指标》的分析

Research on Global Science,Technology and Innovation in the Early 2020s:Analysis on Science&Engineering Indicators of the United States

根据美国《科学与工程指标2020》、《科学与工程指标2018》的数据,结合对中国和其他相关创新数据的分析研究,对21世纪20年代初期的全球科技创新形势做出六大判断:一是人类经济已经进入智能化转型加速期,二是未来创新竞争将主要在印度、中国、美国、欧盟四个经济体之间展开,三是知识融通正在开辟新的学科增长点,四是美国等创新大国在信息通信、生命健康、高端制造领域的主导地位没有改变,五是创新最活跃企业位于未来产业,六是全球经济的成长性主要来自美国和中国。我国应该针对这种新的形势,制定未来创新发展战略。

Based on the data of Science&Engineering Indicators 2020 and Science&Engineering Indicators 2018,and combined with the analysis and research on relevant innovation data of China and other countries,we make the following six major judgements on the global situation of science,technology and innovation in the early 2020s:first,the global economy has entered the period of accelerated intelligent transformation;second,the future innovation competition will be mainly carried out among four economies of India,China,the United States and the European Union;third,knowledge fusion is opening up new growth points;fourth,the leading position of the United States and other major innovative countries in the field of information and communication,life health and high-end manufacturing has not changed;fifth,the most innovative enterprises are in the future industry;finally,the growth of the global economy mainly comes from the United States and China.Therefore,facing the new situation,China should formulate innovation and development strategy toward the future.
