三七血竭胶囊联合中医针灸对膝关节半月板损伤关节镜成形术后功能康复的疗效分析

Analysis of the Curative Effect of Sanqi Xuejie Capsule Combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine Acupuncture on the Functional Rehabilitation after Arthroscopy for Meniscus Injury of Knee Joint

目的:探讨三七血竭胶囊联合中医针灸对膝关节半月板损伤关节镜成形术后功能康复效果。方法:选取笔者所在医院2018年12月-2019年12月收治的膝关节半月板损伤行关节镜成形术患者80例,按照随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组,每组40例。两组患者术后均予以功能锻炼治疗,观察组在此基础上予以三七血竭胶囊联合中医针灸治疗。比较两组术前、术后1 d及1、2、4周VAS评分、股四头肌萎缩指数及Lysholm评分。结果:两组术前及术后1 d VAS评分、股四头肌萎缩指数及Lysholm评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组术后1、2、4周VAS评分、股四头肌萎缩指数均较术前降低,Lysholm评分较术前升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组术后1、2、4周VAS评分和股四头肌萎缩指数均低于对照组,Lysholm评分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:三七血竭胶囊联合中医针灸对膝关节半月板损伤关节镜成形术后功能康复具有良好的疗效,具有一定的临床意义。

Objective:To investigate the effect of Sanqi Xuejie Capsule combined with traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture on the functional rehabilitation after arthroscopy for meniscus injury of knee joint.Method:A total of 80 patients with meniscus injury of knee joint treated by arthroscopy in our hospital from December 2018 to December 2019 were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group according to the method of random number table,40 cases in each group.The patients in the two groups were treated with functional exercise after surgery,and the observation group was treated with Sanqi Xuejie Capsule combined with traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture on this base.The VAS score,quadriceps atrophy index and Lysholm score were compared between the two groups before and after surgery at 1 d,1,2 and 4 weeks.Result:There were no significant differences in VAS score,quadriceps atrophy index and Lysholm score between the two groups before and 1 d after surgery (P>0.05).The VAS score,quadriceps atrophy index and Lysholm score of the two groups at 1,2 and 4 weeks after surgery were all lower than those before surgery,while Lysholm score was higher than that before surgery,and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The VAS score and quadriceps atrophy index of the observation group were lower than those of the control group at 1,2 and 4 weeks after surgery,and Lysholm score was higher than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:Sanqi Xuejie Capsule combined with traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture has a good curative effect on the functional rehabilitation after arthroscopy for meniscus injury of knee joint,and has a certain clinical significance.
