炔雌醇环丙孕酮联合来曲唑治疗多囊卵巢综合征的效果

Ethinyl Estradiol Cyproterone Combined with Letrozole in the Treatment of Patients with Polycystic Ovary Syndrome

目的:探讨炔雌醇环丙孕酮联合来曲唑治疗多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)的效果。方法:选择笔者所在医院门诊2017年7月-2019年12月182例PCOS患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组(n=91)和观察组(n=91)。对照组采用炔雌醇环丙孕酮治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合来曲唑治疗。比较两组治疗效果、激素水平及预后情况。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为96.70%,高于对照组的71.43%(P<0.05)。两组治疗后FSH水平高于治疗前(P<0.05);LH、LH/FSH水平及T水平低于治疗前(P<0.05);观察组治疗后FSH水平高于对照组(P<0.05);LH、LH/FSH水平及T水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组卵巢过度刺激综合征发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),观察组治疗后周期妊娠率高于对照组(P<0.05),卵巢黄素化综合征、流产发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:炔雌醇环丙孕酮联合来曲唑用于PCOS患者的治疗中,可提高治疗效果,改善性激素水平,获得良好的预后,值得推广应用。

Objective:To investigate the effect of Ethinyl Estradiol Cyproterone combined with Letrozole in the treatment of patients with polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS).Method:A total of 182 PCOS patients with from July 2017 to December 2019 in the outpatient clinic of our hospital were selected and randomly divided into the control group (n=91) and the observation group (n=91).The control group was treated with Ethinyl Estradiol and Cyproterone,and the observation group was combined with Letrozole treatment on the basis of the control group.Compared the treatment effect,hormone levels and prognosis of the two groups.Result:The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 96.70%,higher than 71.43% in the control group (P<0.05).The FSH levels after treatment in both groups were higher than those before treatment (P<0.05).The LH,LH/FSH levels and T levels were lower than those before treatment (P<0.05).The FSH level in observation group after treatment was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05).LH,LH /FSH level and T level were lower than those of the control group (P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of syndromes of ovarian hyperstimulation between the two groups (P>0.05).The period pregnancy rate of the observation group after treatment was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05).The incidence of ovarian luteinization syndrome and miscarriage were lower than those of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:Ethinyl estradiol cyproterone combined with letrozole can increase the treatment effect,improve the sex hormone levels in PCOS,and can obtain a good prognosis,which is worthy of popularization and application.
