益肾健脾方剂治疗少弱精子症的临床研究

Clinical Study on the Treatment of Oligospermia and Asthenospermia with Yishen Jianpi Prescription

目的:探析中药益肾健脾方剂治疗少弱精子症的临床效果。方法:选取笔者所在医院2018年9月-2019年9月诊治的64例少弱精子症患者,通过数字表法分成探究组和对照组,各32例,对照组应用西药治疗,探究组应用益肾健脾方剂治疗,治疗3个月后,对比两组疗效和精子质量。结果:探究组治疗总有效率为84.37%,高于对照组的68.75%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,探究组精子密度、精子活率、a级精子率、a+b级精子率及正常形态精子率均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗中均未出现不良反应。结论:中药益肾健脾方剂治疗少弱精子症有着确切效果,可有效改善精子质量,且安全性高。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Yishen Jianpi Prescription on oligospermia and asthenospermia.Method:A total of 64 oligospermia and asthenospermia patients diagnosed and treated in our hospital from September 2018 to September 2019 were included in the study.They were randomly divided into the exploration group and the control group by the method of digital table,32 cases in each.The control group was treated with western medicine,and the exploration group was treated with Yishen Jianpi Prescription.Three months later,the curative effect and sperm quality of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Result:The total effective rate in the exploration group was 84.37%,higher than 68.75% in the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).After treatment,the sperm density,sperm viability,a-level sperm rate,a+b-level sperm rate and normal morphology sperm rate in the exploration group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).There was no adverse reaction in the two groups.Conclusion:Yishen Jianpi Prescription has definite effect on oligospermia and asthenospermia.It can effectively improve the quality of sperm and has high safety.
