不同产后盆底康复治疗时机对产后盆底功能障碍患者盆底功能、尿失禁的影响

Effect of Different Postpartum Pelvic Floor Rehabilitation Treatment on Pelvic Floor Function and Urinary Incontinence in Patients with Postpartum Pelvic Floor Dysfunction

目的:探究产后盆底功能障碍患者不同产后盆底康复治疗时机对其盆底功能、尿失禁的影响。方法:回顾性分析81例产后盆底功能障碍患者的临床资料,其中43例在产后6~8周行产后盆底康复治疗,设置为甲组,38例在产后>8周行产后盆底康复治疗,设置为乙组。比较治疗前后两组盆底肌力、尿失禁情况。结果:治疗后两组盆底肌力Ⅲ~Ⅳ级占比均升高,且均高于治疗前,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),但两组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后两组尿失禁发生率均降低,均低于治疗前,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),但两组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:产后早期不同时机开展盆底康复治疗均能改善盆底功能障碍患者盆底功能、减少尿失禁发生率,可根据患者情况选择适当时机。

Objective:To investigate the effects of different postpartum pelvic floor rehabilitation treatments on pelvic floor function and urinary incontinence in patients with postpartum pelvic floor dysfunction.Method:Retrospective analysis of 81 cases of postpartum pelvic floor dysfunction patients with clinical data,43 cases of postpartum pelvic floor rehabilitation after 6-8 weeks postpartum,set to group A,38 cases of postpartum pelvic floor rehabilitation after postpartum >8 weeks,set to group B.The pelvic floor muscle strength and urinary incontinence were compared before and after treatment.Result:After treatment,the proportion of pelvic floor muscle strength Ⅲ-Ⅳ were increased in both groups,which were statistically higher than those before treatment (P<0.05),but there was no significant difference between the two groups (P>0.05).The incidence of urinary incontinence were decreased in both two groups,which were statistically lower than those before treatment (P<0.05),but there was no significant difference between the two groups (P>0.05).Conclusion:Pelvic floor rehabilitation at different timings in the early postpartum period can improve the pelvic floor function and reduce the rate of the urinary incontinence in patients with pelvic floor dysfunction.The appropriate timing can be selected according to the patients’ condition.
