根性坐骨神经痛采用中药蜂蜡外敷疗法的临床效果

Clinical Effect of Radicular Sciatica Treated by External Application of Chinese Medicine Beeswax

目的:分析根性坐骨神经痛采用中药蜂蜡外敷疗法的临床效果。方法:选择2019年1-10月笔者所在医院收治的108例根性坐骨神经痛患者,采用随机数字表法分成两组,每组54例。两组均予以针刺、电脑中频经络通治疗仪、TDP常规治疗,对照组加入中药封包外敷治疗,治疗组加入中药蜂蜡外敷疗法。比较两组ODI、SF-MPQ-2评分、住院时间、住院费用、复发率、临床疗效、不良反应情况。结果:治疗后及随访2个月后,治疗组ODI、SF-MPQ-2评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组住院时间短于对照组,住院费用低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组总有效率为96.30%,显著高于对照组的75.93%(P<0.05);治疗组不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗组复发率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中药蜂蜡外敷疗法治疗根性坐骨神经痛的临床效果显著,能够提高日常活动功能,缩短治疗周期,降低治疗成本,安全性高。

Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of external application of Chinese medicine Beeswax on radicular sciatica.Method:A total of 108 patients with radicular sciatica admitted to our hospital from January to October 2019 were selected.They were divided into two groups by random number table method,54 cases in each group.The two groups were treated with acupuncture,computer medium frequency meridian treatment instrument and TDP.On this basis,the control group was treated with external application of traditional Chinese medicine,and the treatment group was treated with external application of Chinese medicine Beeswax.The scores of ODI and SF-MPQ-2 before and after treatment,length of stay,cost of stay,recurrence rate,clinical effects and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Result:After treatment and follow-up for 2 months,the scores of ODI and SF-MPQ-2 in the treatment group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The length of stay in the treatment group was shorter than that of the control group,and the cost of stay in the treatment group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate in the treatment group was 96.30%,which was significantly higher than 75.93%of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment group was lower than that of the control group,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The recurrence rate in the treatment group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of external application of Chinese medicine Beeswax in the treatment of radicular sciatica is remarkable,which can improve their daily activity function,shorten the treatment cycle,reduce the cost of treatment,with good safety.
