双切口钢板法治疗复杂胫骨平台骨折患者的效果

摘要 目的:分析在复杂胫骨平台骨折患者的手术治疗中应用双切口钢板法治疗的临床效果。方法:选取2014年10月-2018年11月进入本院接受手术治疗的复杂胫骨平台骨折患者共86例,采用抽签法随机分组,分为对照组43例与试验组43例。试验组患者接受双切口钢板法治疗,对照组患者接受切开复位钢板内固定治疗,对比两组患者膝关节功能、并发症发病率、疼痛情况,进行统计学分析。结果:试验组术后膝关节功能评分显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组并发症发生率与对照组相比显著较低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组术后12、24 h疼痛评分明显更优,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:与切开复位钢板内固定治疗相比,在复杂胫骨平台骨折患者的手术治疗中应用双切口钢板法治疗的效果更显著,可以明显减少术后并发症,缓解术后疼痛,故方案推广意义大。 Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of double incision plate in the surgical treatment of complicated tibial plateau fracture.Method:A total of 86 patients with complicated tibial plateau fractures who entered our hospital from October 2014 to November 2018 were randomly divided into 43 patients in the control group,and 43 patients in the test group.The patients in the test group were treated with double incision plate method,and the patients in the control group were treated with open reduction plate internal fixation.The knee joint function,incidence rate of complications and pain were compared between the two groups.Result:The knee joint function score of the test group was remarkable after operation superior to the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the test group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The pain score of 12 h and 24 h after operation in the test group was significantly better,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with open reduction plate internal fixation,double incision plate method is more effective in the surgical treatment of complex tibial plateau fracture,which can significantly reduce postoperative complications and relieve postoperative pain.
