摘要
目的:研究呼吸道核酸联合降钙素原(PCT)对细菌性肺炎患儿的诊断价值。方法:选取2018年5月-2019年10月于笔者所在医院儿科接受治疗的细菌性肺炎患儿90例作为研究对象。按照诊断方法分为核酸组、PCT组及联合组,每组30例,分别接受呼吸道核酸检测、PCT检测及呼吸道核酸联合PCT检测。对比三组确诊率。结果:核酸组中,核酸检测结果为阳性19例,确诊率为63.33%;PCT组中,确诊为细菌性肺炎17例,确诊率为56.67%;联合组中,确诊为细菌性肺炎29例,确诊率为96.67%。核酸组与PCT组确诊率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);联合组确诊率显著高于核酸组和PCT组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在细菌性肺炎患儿的临床诊断中,呼吸道核酸联合PCT检测的确诊率最高,具有较高的诊断价值。
Objective:To investigate the diagnostic value of respiratory nucleic acid combined with procalcitonin(PCT)in children with bacterial pneumonia.Method:From May 2018 to October 2019,90 children with bacterial pneumonia treated in the pediatric department of our hospital were selected as the research objects.According to the diagnostic methods,the children were divided into the nucleic acid group,the PCT group and the combined group,with 30 children in each group,and the detections of respiratory nucleic acid,PCT and respiratory nucleic acid combined with PCT were performed respectively.The diagnosis rate of the three groups was compared.Result:In the nucleic acid group,the results of nucleic acid detection in 19 children were positive,the diagnosis rate was 63.33%.In the PCT group,17 children were diagnosed as bacterial pneumonia,the diagnosis rate was 56.67%.In the combined group,29 children were diagnosed as bacterial pneumonia,the diagnosis rate was 96.67%.The diagnosis rate of the nucleic acid group and the PCT group was compared,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The diagnosis rate of the combined group was significantly higher than that of the nucleic acid group and the PCT group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the clinical diagnosis of bacterial pneumonia children,respiratory nucleic acid combined with PCT detection has the highest diagnosis rate,which has a high diagnostic value.
