前列地尔治疗急性胰腺炎的效果

Efficacy of Alprostadil in the Treatment of Acute Pancreatitis

目的:探究前列地尔治疗急性胰腺炎(acute pancreatitis,AP)的效果。方法:选取2018年1月-2019年12月笔者所在医院收治的AP患者90例,基于随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,各45例。两组均予以抗感染治疗,对照组给予生长抑素治疗,观察组给予前列地尔治疗。比较两组临床疗效、凝血指标、入住ICU时间、症状缓解时间及恢复进食时间。结果:观察组总有效率(93.33%)明显高于对照组(75.56%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组PLT水平明显高于对照组,D-D、Fg、APTT、PT水平均明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组入住ICU时间、症状缓解时间、恢复进食时间均明显短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:前列地尔治疗AP的临床效果显著,可抑制炎性介质过度释放,改善胰腺微循环,有利于预后,具有临床应用价值。

Objective:To explore the effect of Alprostadil in the treatment of acute pancreatitis(AP).Method:A total of 90 cases of AP patients treated in our hospital from January 2018 to December 2019 were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group based on the random number table,with 45 cases in each group.The two groups were treated with anti-infectives,and the control group was treated with Somatostatin,and the observation group was treated with Alprostadil.The clinical efficacy,coagulation indicators,ICU admission time,symptom relief time and feeding time were compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate in the observation group(93.33%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(75.56%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the level of PLT in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the levels of D-D,Fg,APTT and PT were significantly lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The ICU admission time,symptom relief time and feeding time in the observation group were significantly shorter than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Alprostadil has a significant clinical effect in treating AP,which can reduce the excessive release of inflammatory mediators and improve pancreatic microcirculation,which is beneficial to the prognosis and has clinical application value.
