慢阻肺肺肾气虚型患者应用平喘固本汤合补肺汤加减治疗的临床效果

The Therapeutic Effect of Pingchuan Guben Decoction and Bufei Decoction on Patients with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease of Lung and Kidney Qi Deficiency Type

目的:探究平喘固本汤合补肺汤加减治疗慢阻肺肺肾气虚型患者的效果。方法:随机抽取笔者所在医院2018年1月-2019年12月收入的慢阻肺肺肾气虚型患者80例,按照随机数字表法分为两组,各40例,对照组接受常规西药治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合平喘固本汤合补肺汤加减治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为92.50%,高于对照组的82.50%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组肺功能指标比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后,观察组FEV1、FVC、FEV1/FVC均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:慢阻肺肺肾气虚型患者采取平喘固本汤合补肺汤加减治疗,能改善患者肺功能,提高临床疗效。

Objective:To explore the efficacy of Pingchuan Guben Decoction and Bufei Decoction on patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)of lung and kidney Qi deficiency type.Method:A total of 80 patients with COPD of lung and kidney Qi deficiency type from January 2018 to December 2019 in our hospital were selected,and they were divided into two groups according to random number table,40 cases in each group.The control group received conventional western medicine treatment,and the observation group received combined treatment with Pingchuan Guben Decoction and Bufei Decoction on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Result:The total effective rate was 92.50%in the observation group,higher than 82.50%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in lung function indicators between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,FEV1,FVC,and FEV1/FVC in the observation group were all better than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of patients with COPD of lung and kidney Qi deficiency type by modified therapy with Pingchuan Guben Decoction and Bufei Decoction can improve the pulmonary function and treatment efficacy.
