全面护理在胆结石手术患者中的效果观察及有效率影响评价

The Effect Observation and Effect Evaluation of Comprehensive Nursing on Cholelithiasis Operation Patients

目的:评价全面护理在胆结石手术患者中的应用效果。方法:挑选笔者所在医院2019年1月-2020年1月100例胆结石手术患者为研究对象,根据患者入院先后顺序分为研究组和参照组,每组50例。研究组施行全面护理模式,参照组施行传统护理模式,比较两组的护理效果。结果:(1)研究组并发症发生率低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(2)研究组临床相关指标(手术时间、住院时间、术中出血量)优于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:胆结石手术患者接受全面护理干预,不仅可以降低术后并发症发生率,而且利于减少患者手术和住院的时间、术中出血量,建议在临床方面予以应用并推广。

Objective:To evaluate the effect of comprehensive nursing in cholelithiasis operation patients.Method:A total of 100 patients with cholelithiasis operation in our hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 were selected as the objects of study.According to the sequence of patients’admission,they were divided into the study group,the reference group and each group of 50 patients.The study group carried out the comprehensive nursing mode,the reference group carried out the traditional nursing mode,and the nursing effect of the two groups were compared.Result:(1)The incidence of complications in the study group was lower than that in the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(2)The clinical correlation indexes(time of operation and hospitalization,amount of intraoperative bleeding)in the study group were better than those in the reference group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Comprehensive nursing intervention for cholelithiasis operation patients can not only reduce the incidence of operation complications,but also reduce the time of operation and hospitalization and the amount of intraoperative bleeding.It is suggested that it should be applied and popularized in clinical practice.
