鸟巢式护理干预在新生儿黄疸中的效果观察

Observation on the Effect of Nest Nursing Intervention in Neonatal Jaundice

目的:探讨鸟巢式护理干预在新生儿黄疸中的效果及家长满意度。方法:选取笔者所在医院2019年1-10月的70例新生儿黄疸患儿,根据护理方法差异分组,护理一组实施了常规新生儿护理流程,护理二组实施鸟巢式护理干预。比较两组护理前后血清胆红素浓度、血氧饱和度、家长满意度、出暖箱时间、哭闹时间、面部表情评分、抓伤发生率。结果:护理1周后护理二组血清胆红素浓度、血氧饱和度优于护理一组(P<0.05)。护理二组的家长满意度100%(35/35),护理一组则是80%(28/35),差异有统计学意义(χ^2=6.933,P=0.013)。护理二组出暖箱时间、哭闹时间、面部表情评分优于护理一组(P<0.05)。护理二组抓伤发生率低于护理一组(P<0.05)。结论:新生儿黄疸患儿实施鸟巢式护理干预相对于常规的新生儿护理流程效果更好,可有效减轻患儿的痛苦,缩短病程,减少抓伤发生率,提高患儿家长满意度。

Objective:To explore the effect of nest nursing intervention in neonatal jaundice and the satisfaction of parents.Method:A total of 70 cases of neonatal jaundice from January to October 2019 in our hospital were divided into two groups according to the difference of nursing methods.The nursing group 1 carried out the routine neonatal nursing process,and the nursing group 2 carried out the nest nursing intervention.The serum bilirubin concentration,blood oxygen saturation,parents’satisfaction,warm-up time,crying time,facial expression score and scratching rate were compared before and after nursing.Result:One week after nursing,the serum bilirubin concentration and oxygen saturation of the nursing group 2 were better than that of the nursing group 1(P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of parents in nursing group 2 was 100%(35/35),while that in nursing group 1 was 80%(28/35),there was significant difference(χ^2=6.933,P=0.013).The warm-up time,crying time and facial expression scores of the nursing group 2 were better than those of the nursing group 1(P<0.05).The incidence of scratch in the nursing group 2 was lower than that in the nursing group 1(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with the routine nursing process,the nest nursing intervention is more effective in reducing the pain,shortening the course of disease,reducing the incidence of scratch and improving the satisfaction of parents.
