强化护理模式对剖宫产后气压治疗产妇治疗认知度、态度及应对方式的影响

The Influence of Intensive Nursing Model on the Treatment Awareness,Attitude and Coping Style of Women Undergoing Pressure Treatment after Cesarean Section

目的:观察与分析强化护理模式对剖宫产后气压治疗产妇治疗认知度、态度及应对方式的影响。方法:选取2017年12月-2019年6月在笔者所在医院进行产后气压治疗的剖宫产产妇90例,随机分为对照组(常规护理组,45例)和观察组(强化护理组,45例)。比较两组护理前后治疗认知度、态度及应对方式。结果:护理前两组治疗认知度、态度及应对方式比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),护理后观察组治疗认知度、态度及应对方式均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:强化护理模式对剖宫产后气压治疗产妇治疗认知度、态度及应对方式的影响更好,更为适用于剖宫产产妇产后气压治疗产妇,在本类产妇中的应用价值较高。

Objective:To observe and analyze the effect of intensive nursing mode on the treatment awareness,attitude and coping style of women undergoing pressure treatment after cesarean section.Method:A total of 90 cesarean delivery women who received postpartum pressure treatment in our hospital from December 2017 to June 2019 were selected,they were randomly divided into the control group(routine nursing group,45 cases)and the observation group(intensive nursing group,45 cases).Then the treatment recognition,attitude and coping style of two groups before and after the nursing were compared.Result:There was no statistically significant difference in treatment awareness,attitude and coping style between the two groups before nursing(P>0.05),and the treatment awareness,attitude and coping style in the observation group after nursing were all better than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The influence of intensive nursing model for treatment recognition,attitude and coping style of delivery women with postpartum airpressure after cesarean section are better,and it is more suitable to the delivery women with airpressure treatment after cesarean section,so its application value in these delivery women is higher.
