腹腔镜剔除术与开腹囊肿剥脱术对卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿患者卵巢储备及生育功能的影响

Effect of Laparoscopic Excision and Open Cyst Stripping on Ovarian Reserve and Reproductive Function in Patients with Ovarian Endometriosis Cyst

目的:研究卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿患者实施腹腔镜剔除术和开腹囊肿剥脱术对卵巢储备及生育功能的影响。方法:选取2015年5月-2019年1月在笔者所在医院住院手术治疗的卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿86例,根据手术方法的不同将43例开腹囊肿剥脱术病例列入参照组,应用腹腔镜剔除术43例患者列入试验组。分析患者的卵巢储备及生育功能。结果:(1)两组血清促卵泡生成素比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),试验组卵子数、好胚数、窦卵数高于参照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(2)试验组妊娠率(62.79%)、分娩率(48.84%)高于参照组(37.21%、20.93%),组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿患者采用腹腔镜剔除术效果确切,能够改善患者卵巢储备功能,满足其生育愿望。

Objective:To study the effect of laparoscopic excision and open cyst exfoliation on ovarian reserve and reproductive function in patients with ovarian endometriosis.Method:From May 2015 to January 2019,86 patients with ovarian endometriosis cyst were treated in our hospital.According to the different operation methods,43 cases of open abdominal cyst exfoliation were included in the reference group,and 43 patients were included in the experimental group by laparoscopic excision.The ovarian reserve and reproductive function of the patients were analyzed.Result:(1)Serum follicle stimulating hormone in two groups had no significant difference(P>0.05).The number of eggs,the number of good embryos and the number of sinus eggs in the experimental group were higher than those in the reference group,and there were significant differences between the groups(P<0.05).(2)The proportion of pregnancy(62.79%)and delivery(48.84%)in the experimental group were higher than those in the reference group(37.21%,20.93%),and there were significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of laparoscopic excision in patients with ovarian endometriosis cyst can improve the function of ovarian reserve and satisfy their fertility.
