经纤维支气管镜肺泡灌洗加局部用药治疗肺脓肿的效果

Effect of Bronchoscopic Alveolar Lavage and Topical Treatment on Pulmonary Abscess

目的:对肺脓肿患者采用经纤维支气管镜肺泡灌洗加局部用药治疗的效果进行观察。方法:选取2018年3月-2019年3月82例肺脓肿患者,随机分为观察组与对照组,各41例。对照组给予常规治疗,观察组在常规治疗基础上给予经纤维支气管镜肺泡灌洗加局部用药治疗,对比两组治疗效果。结果:观察组总有效率(95.12%)高于对照组(78.05%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组体温恢复时间、咳嗽咳痰消失时间及住院时间均短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用经纤维支气管镜肺泡灌洗加局部用药方案对肺脓肿患者进行治疗,可有效缩短症状缓解时间,治疗效果较好,值得推广。

Objective:To observe the effect of bronchoscopic alveolar lavage and topical treatment on pulmonary abscess.Method:From March 2018 to March 2019,82 patients with pulmonary abscess were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 41 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional treatment,and the observation group was given bronchoscopic alveolar lavage and topical treatment on the basis of conventional treatment,and the treatment effects of the two groups were compared.Result:The total effective rate of the observation group(95.12%)was higher than that of the control group(78.05%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The recovery time of body temperature,disappearance time of cough and sputum and length of hospital stay of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of pulmonary abscess patients with bronchoscopic alveolar lavage and topical treatment can effectively shorten the time to symptoms relief,and the treatment effect is better,and it is worth popularizing.
