乳腺癌治疗中节拍化疗的应用

The Application of Metronomic Chemotherapy in the Treatment of Breast Cancer

目的:分析乳腺癌治疗中节拍化疗的临床应用效果。方法:选取笔者所在医院2017年8月-2019年12月收治的58例乳腺癌患者,根据住院先后顺序随机分为参照组和试验组,各29例,参照组给予常规化疗,试验组给予节拍化疗,比较两组临床疗效、血清CEA、CA-153、CA-125因子及不良反应发生率等情况。结果:试验组患者临床总有效率(89.66%)高于参照组(51.72%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组患者治疗2个疗程后血清CEA、CA-153、CA-125因子均低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组不良反应发生率(6.90%)低于参照组(34.48%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:节拍化疗可有效控制乳腺癌病灶生长,抑制肿瘤标志物表达,降低不良反应发生率,临床上值得借鉴。

Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of metronomic chemotherapy in the treatment of breast cancer.Method:A total of 58 cases of breast cancer admitted to our hospital from August 2017 to December 2019 were randomly divided into two groups according to the sequence of hospitalization,the reference group and the experimental group,29 cases in each group.The reference group was given routine chemotherapy and the experimental group was given metronomic chemotherapy.The clinical efficacy,serum CEA,CA-153,CA-125 factors and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Result:The total clinical effective rate(89.66%)in the experimental group was higher than that in the reference group(51.72%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The serum CEA,CA-153 and CA-125 factors in the experimental group were lower than those in the reference group after two courses of treatment,the difference were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group(6.90%)was lower than 34.48%in the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Metronomic chemotherapy can effectively control the growth of breast cancer focus,inhibit the expression of tumor markers,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,which is worthy of clinical reference.
