伙伴式导乐陪伴在初产妇分娩中的效果及对负性情绪的影响

The Effect of Partner Doula Accompanying in Delivery of Primipara and Its Influence on Negative Emotion

目的:研究伙伴式导乐陪伴在初产妇分娩中的效果及对负性情绪的影响。方法:选取2019年2-7月笔者所在医院收入的初产妇160例,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(80例)和研究组(80例)。对照组行常规助产干预模式,研究组行伙伴式导乐陪伴干预模式。观察两组产妇分娩产程、负性情绪、分娩效能、母婴预后。结果:研究组各产程、总产程均短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后两组产妇SAS评分、SDS评分均低于干预前,且研究组均评分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组CBSEI评分、CCB评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组产妇产后出血量少于对照组,新生儿Apgar评分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:伙伴式导乐陪伴应用于初产妇分娩能显著加快分娩产程,缓解负性情绪,提高分娩效能,改善母婴预后,可临床推广。

Objective:To study the effect of partner Doula accompanying in delivery of primipara and its influence on negative emotion.Method:A total of 160 primiparas from February to July 2019 were divided into the control group(80 cases)and the study group(80 cases)according to the method of random number table.The control group received routine midwifery intervention mode,and the study group received partner Doula accompanying intervention mode.The delivery process,negative emotion,delivery efficacy and prognosis of the two groups were observed.Result:All stages and total stages of labor in the study group were shorter than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the SAS and SDS scores in the two groups were lower than those before intervention,and the scores in the study group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The CBSEI and CCB scores in the study group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The postpartum hemorrhage in the study group was less than that in the control group,the Apgar score of newborns in the study group was higher than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of partner Doula accompanying in primipara delivery can significantly speed up the delivery process,relieve negative emotions,improve the delivery efficiency,improve the prognosis of mother and infant,and can be clinically popularized.
