摘要
目的:探讨PDCA循环管理方法在消毒供应中心(central supply service department,CSSD)改造中的实践与成效。方法:针对CSSD改造前灭菌区及无菌区存在温湿度过高的现象,应用PDCA循环管理方法,提出"225"改造方案并付诸实施。对改造前(2018年10-12月)及采取PDCA循环管理法改造后(2019年10-12月)CSSD设备维修间、待灭菌区、无菌区的温湿度差异进行分析。结果:改造后,CSSD设备维修间、待灭菌区、无菌区温湿度均较改造前明显下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:PDCA循环管理法对CSSD改造后温湿度的控制效果显著,从而有效提高消毒供应中心的工作质量,值得推广。
Objective:To explore the practice and effect of PDCA cycle management method in the reconstruction of central supply service department(CSSD).Method:In view of the high temperature and humidity in the sterilization area and sterile area before the reconstruction of CSSD,the PDCA cycle management method was applied to put forward the"225"reconstruction plan and put it into practice.The temperature and humidity differences of CSSD equipment maintenance room,sterilization area and sterile area before reconstruction(October to December 2018)and after reconstruction with PDCA cycle management method(October to December 2019)were analyzed.Result:After the reconstruction,the temperature and humidity of CSSD equipment maintenance room,sterilization area and sterile area decreased significantly compared with those before the reconstruction,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion:PDCA cycle management method has a remarkable effect on temperature and humidity control after CSSD reconstruction,so as to effectively improve the work quality of CSSD,which which is worth popularizing.
