Objective:To explore the effect of early stage lung rehabilitation exercise on severe ARDS.Method:A total of 62 patients with severe ARDS hospitalized in ICU of our hospital from December 2018 to June 2020 were selected. They were randomly divided into the experimental group(n=30)and the control group(n=32).The control group received routine treatment, and the experimental group received early stage lung rehabilitation exercise treatment on the basis of the control group. The oxygenation index before treatment,3,7,and 14 d after treatment,ICU hospitalization time, ventilator use time, catheter time and incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Result:After 3,7 and 14 d of treatment, the oxygenation index of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The ICU hospitalization time, ventilator use time and catheter time of the experimental group were shorter than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Early stage lung rehabilitation exercise can effectively improve the oxygenation index and recovery of patients with severe ARDS.The treatment effect is significant, and can reduce the incidence of complications, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
