快速康复外科理念在腹腔镜小儿疝囊高位结扎术围手术期护理中的应用效果

Application of Fast Rehabilitation Surgery in Perioperative Nursing of Laparoscopic High Ligation of Hernia Sac in Children

目的:分析快速康复外科理念在腹腔镜小儿疝囊高位结扎术护理中的应用效果。方法:选择笔者所在医院收治的97例小儿腹股沟疝患儿为研究对象,依据围术期护理方法,分成对照组(45例)和快速组(52例),分别给予常规围术期护理、快速康复外科理念指导下围术期护理。比较两组护理效果。结果:快速组术后并发症发生率低于对照组,家长护理满意度高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:快速康复外科理念用于腹腔镜小儿疝囊高位结扎术,可加速患儿的术后恢复,保障其手术安全性。

Objective:To analyze the application of fast rehabilitation surgery in laparoscopic high ligation of hernia sac in children.Method:A total of 97 children with inguinal hernia admitted to the author’s hospital were selected as the research objects,and according to the perioperative nursing methods,the patients were divided into the control group (45 cases) and the rapid group (52 cases).The perioperative nursing and perioperative nursing under the guidance of the philosophy of rapid rehabilitation surgery were carried out respectively.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Result:The incidence of postoperative complications in the fast group was lower than that in the control group,and the parents’ nursing satisfaction was higher than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:Rapid rehabilitation surgery can accelerate the recovery of children after laparoscopic high ligation of hernia sac and ensure the safety of operation.
