肿瘤大剂量化疗中PICC导管应用的护理对策研究

Nursing Countermeasures of PICC Catheter Application in High-dose Chemotherapy for Tumor

目的:研究肿瘤大剂量化疗中PICC导管应用的护理对策。方法:选取2017年1月-2019年12月笔者所在医院收治的大剂量化疗并应用PICC导管的肿瘤患者98例,将开展传统常规护理的49例设定为A组,开展综合护理的49例设定为B组,对比两组护理满意度与并发症发生情况。结果:B组护理总满意度(97.95%)高于A组(81.63%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);B组并发症发生率(6.12%)低于A组(20.40%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:综合护理用于肿瘤大剂量化疗PICC导管护理中可降低各类相关并发症的发生率,提高患者护理满意程度,值得在临床上积极推广运用。

Objective:To study the nursing countermeasures of PICC catheter application in high-dose chemotherapy for tumor.Method:From January 2017 to December 2019,98 tumor patients who received high-dose chemotherapy and applied PICC catheter in our hospital were selected.And 49 patients who carried out traditional conventional nursing were set as group A,49 patients who carried out comprehensive nursing were set as group B.The nursing satisfaction and occurrence of complications of the two groups were compared.Result:After nursing,the rate of total nursing satisfaction in group B (97.95%) was higher than that in group A (81.63%),the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The complication rate in group B (6.12%) was lower than that in group A (20.40%),the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:Comprehensive nursing for high-dose chemotherapy of tumor PICC catheter care can reduce the incidence of all kinds of related complications,improve the degree of nursing satisfaction of patients,which is worthy of active promotion and application in clinical practice.
