低分子肝素钠联合气压治疗仪防治妇科患者术后下肢深静脉血栓的效果观察

Effect Observation of Low Molecular Weight Heparin Sodium Combined with Barometric Pressure Therapeutic Apparatus in the Prevention and Treatment of Postoperative Lower Extremity Deep Vein Thrombosis in Gynecological Patients

目的:探讨低分子肝素钠联合气压治疗仪防治妇科患者术后下肢深静脉血栓的临床效果。方法:选择2018年10月-2020年1月笔者所在医院收治的60例妇科手术患者,采用随机数字表法将其随机分为观察组和对照组,每组30例。对照组在常规防治基础上给予气压治疗仪,观察组在对照组基础上给予低分子肝素钠。比较两组LEDVT发生率、下肢周径及凝血功能。结果:观察组LEDVT发生率为3.33%,低于对照组的23.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组下肢周径小于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组PT、APTT均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组TT比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:低分子肝素钠联合气压治疗仪可降低妇科患者术后LEDVT发生率,减轻下肢肿胀,改善凝血功能。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of low Molecular Weight Heparin Sodium combined with barometric pressure therapeutic apparatus in the prevention and treatment of postoperative lower extremity deep vein thrombosis in gynecological patients.Method:A total of 60 patients with gynecological surgery admitted in our hospital from October 2018 to January 2020 were selected.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number table method,with 30 patients in each group.The control group was given barometric pressure therapeutic apparatus on the basis of routine prevention and treatment.The observation group was given low Molecular Weight Heparin Sodium on the basis of the control.The incidence of LEDVT,peripheral diameter of lower limbs and coagulation function of the two groups were compared.Result:The incidence of LEDVT in the observation group was 3.33%,which was lower than 23.33% in the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The peripheral diameter of lower limbs in the observation group was smaller than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The PT and APTT in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).There was no significant difference in TT between the two groups (P>0.05).Conclusion:Low Molecular Weight Heparin Sodium combined with barometric pressure therapeutic apparatus can reduce the incidence of LEDVT,reduce the swelling of lower limbs and improve coagulation function in gynecological patients.
