电刺激生物反馈联合盆底肌肉功能锻炼康复治疗女性盆底功能障碍的效果分析

Analysis of the Effect of Electrical Stimulation Biofeedback Combined with Pelvic Floor Muscle Exercise Rehabilitation Therapy on FPFD

目的:探究电刺激生物反馈联合盆底肌肉功能锻炼在治疗女性盆底功能障碍中的应用效果。方法:选择笔者所在医院2017年3月-2019年6月接收的92例女性盆底功能障碍患者为研究对象,应用随机法分为对照组与观察组,均46例。对照组行盆底肌肉功能锻炼治疗,观察组行电刺激生物反馈联合盆底肌肉功能锻炼治疗;对比两组性功能、心理状态及临床效果。结果:治疗后,对照组性功能评分明显低于观察组(P<0.05)。对照组疼痛程度评分显著高于观察组(P<0.05)。对照组临床治疗有效率(69.57%)明显低于观察组(93.48%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:盆底功能障碍患者通过采用电刺激生物反馈联合盆底肌肉功能锻炼康复治疗,能够有效缓解其疼痛感,提高女性性功能及临床效果,临床应用价值较高。

Objective:To explore the effect of electrical stimulation biofeedback combined with pelvic floor muscle exercise in the treatment of female pelvic floor dysfunction.Method:A total of 92 female with pelvic floor dysfunction received from March 2017 to June 2019 in the author’s hospital were selected as the research object.They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 46 cases in each.The control group underwent pelvic floor muscle exercise training,and the observation group underwent electrical stimulation biofeedback combined with pelvic floor muscle exercise training;the sexual function,psychological state and clinical effect of the two groups were compared.Result:After treatment,the sexual function score of the control group was significantly lower than that of the observation group (P<0.05).The pain score of the control group was significantly higher than that of the observation group (P<0.05).The effective rate of clinical treatment in the control group (69.57%) was significantly lower than that in the observation group (93.48%),and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:Patients with pelvic floor dysfunction can effectively relieve their pain through the use of electrical stimulation biofeedback combined with pelvic floor muscle exercise rehabilitation therapy,improve female sexual function and clinical effect,and have high clinical application value.
