摘要
超大型工程建设是国家综合实力的体现,中国要想在这个领域得到世界竞争的制高点。必须要认识到先进的科学技术是超大型工程建设的核心动力,科技创新与技术范式的进步性转变是科技发展的重要因素。必须要把先进的科学技术转化应用到超大型工程建设之中。在超大型工程建设管理方面,文章强调超大型工程是一个复杂性的系统。应用系统管理方法,对超大型建设工程进行全面的管理,提高工程的质量与生产效率。文章对中国的科技创新与复杂系统管理的超大型工程进行探索,提出大国科技与工程制胜策略。
The construction of super-large projects is the embodiment of a country’s comprehensive strength.China wants to gain the commanding heights of world competition in this field.It must be recognized that advanced science and technology is the core driving force for the construction of super-large projects.The progressive transformation of technological innovation and technological paradigm is an important factor in the development of science and technology.Advanced scientific and technological transformation must be applied to the construction of super-large projects.In the aspect of super-large engineering construction management,the article emphasizes that super-large engineering is a complex system.System management methods need to be applied to comprehensively manage super-large construction projects to improve project quality and production efficiency.The article explores China’s technological innovation and the management of complex systems,and proposes strategies for a power to win out in science and technology and engineering.
