摘要
基于山东省5所省属重点大学硕士研究生样本数据,运用因子分析探究学习能力和科研意愿的结构维度,并在此基础上构建科研意愿对硕士研究生学习能力与科研行为影响的中介效应模型,探讨三者之间的作用机理。结果表明:第一,知识整合能力、学习创新能力分别对科研行为具有直接正向影响;第二,认知意愿在专业实践能力与科研行为间起完全中介作用,科研意愿(认知意愿、需求意愿)在知识共享能力与科研行为以及知识获取能力与科研行为间分别产生完全中介作用。探讨三者之间的关系,有利于促进硕士研究生课程学习和科学研究有机结合,提升科研意愿、强化科研行为,进而从整体上提高硕士研究生教育培养质量。
Based on sample data from five key universities in Shandong Province,the dimensions of learning ability and research willingness are explored by factor analysis,and on this basis,a model of the intermediary effect of research willingness on the influence of master’s learning ability and research behavior is constructed,and the mechanism of action between the three is discussed.The results show that knowledge integration ability and creative ability have direct positive influence on research behavior;cognitive willingness plays a full mediation role between practice ability and research behavior;and research willingness(cognitive willingness,demand willingness)exerts a full mediation between knowledge sharing ability and research behavior,as well as knowledge acquisition ability and research behavior.To discuss the relationship between the three is to promote the organic combination of postgraduate course study and scientific research,to enhance the research willingness of postgraduate,to strengthen the behavior of scientific research,and to improve the quality of postgraduate education and training as a whole.
