摘要
mazG基因广泛存在于细菌和病毒中,其功能大多数未知,仅在大肠杆菌中的功能被证实。为揭示纳帕海高原湿地mazG遗传多样性,本研究于纳帕海高原湿地采集旱季泥炭土样品,提取总的基因组,以特异性引物对其mazG基因进行扩增,得到不同的mazG有效序列共39条,并与其它细菌及病毒进行系统发育分析和PCoA分析。通过研究得知,纳帕海高原湿地的部分mazG基因和其它细菌及病毒的mazG序列相接近,其余mazG序列的遗传距离较远,推测其可能为纳帕海高原湿地独有的类群。
The mazG gene is widely distributed in bacteria and viruses.Its function is mostly unknown,and its function in E.coli is confirmed.In order to reveal the genetic diversity of mazG in the Napahai Plateau wetland,this study collected peat soil samples from the Napahai Plateau wetland in the dry season,extracted the total genome,and amplified the mazG gene with specific primers to obtain different effective mazG 39 sequences,and phylogenetic analysis and PCoA analysis with other bacteria and viruses.According to the research,some mazG genes in the Napahai Plateau wetland are similar to the maz G sequences of other bacteria and viruses,and the remaining mazG sequences have a long genetic distance.It is speculated that they may be unique to the Napahai Plateau wetland.
