American Ideological Operation Mechanism for the COVID-19 and Its Internal Predicament

依据戈兰·瑟伯恩和乔恩·埃尔斯特的理论,可以将意识形态分为四个基本类型,即认知意识形态、规范意识形态、动机意识形态和变革意识形态,与此相对应存在四种意识形态操纵机制:事实扭曲、价值扭曲、心理扭曲和实践扭曲。新冠肺炎疫情下,在美国政府看似怪异荒诞的言行背后,蕴含着一整套充满理性狡计的意识形态操作:一是基于事实扭曲的认知意识形态操纵,二是基于价值扭曲的规范意识形态操纵,三是基于心理扭曲的动机意识形态操纵,四是基于实践扭曲的变革意识形态操纵。美国抗疫意识形态的“四重操作”产生巨大破坏作用,突显出当前美国意识形态面临的“四重困局”:认知结构性矛盾与困局,规范结构性矛盾与困局,动机结构性矛盾与困局,行为结构性矛盾与困局。这表明美国意识形态霸权正在加速走向衰落。

According to the theories of Goran Therborn and Jon Elster,ideology can be divided into four basic types:cognitive ideology normative ideology motivationalideology and transformational ideology.Correspondingly,there are four ideological manipulation mechanisms:fact distortion,value distortion,psychological distortion and practice distortion.Behind the semingly bizare words and deeds of the US government during the COVID-19,there are a set of ideological operations fill of rationality and craftiness The first is cognitive ideological manipulation based on fact distortiony;the second is normative ideological manipulation based on value distortion;the third is motivational ideological manipulation based on psychological distortion;and the fourth is transformational ideological manipulation bascd on practice distortion.The"four operations"of the anti-cpidenic ideology in the US have inflicted great damage,showing the"four predicaments"facing the current American ideology through the structural contradictions and predicaments in the cognitive,normative,motivational and behavioral terms This illustrates that the ideological hegemony of the Us is accelerating its decline.
