Development of China’s Intellectual Property in 2019

國務院新聞辦公室2020年4月23日舉行新聞發佈會,國家知識産權局局長申長雨、副局長何志敏,中宣部版權管理局局長于慈珂受邀介紹2019年中國知識産權發展狀况。國家知識産權局局長申長雨介紹,2019年,知識産權强國建設加快推進。專利商標審查質量和效率持續提昇,高價值發明專利審查週期壓縮至17.3個月,商標註册平均審查週期壓縮至4.5個月。全國版權示範工作穩步推進,新增全國版權示範城市2個、版權示範園區(基地)8個、版權示範單位69家。

The State Council Information Office held a press conference in Beijing on 23 April 2020 to brief the media on the development of China’s intellectual property in 2019.Shen Changyu,commissioner of the China National Intellectual Property Administration(CNIPA),said that in 2019,China strengthened efforts in building itself into an IP power while seeing a surge of patent and trademark examination quality and efficiency.
