大学生神经质与抑郁的关系:人际关系敏感和性别的作用

Neuroticism and depression in undergraduate:Effect of interpersonal sensitivity and gender

目的:以中国大学生群体为样本,探究人际关系敏感在神经质与抑郁之间的中介效应,以及性别对上述中介的调节作用,为进一步了解和预防大学生抑郁情绪提供理论支持。方法:采用自编人口学问卷、艾森克人格问卷神经质分表、简版流调中心抑郁量表、症状自评量表人际关系敏感分量表对2198名大学生进行集体施测。结果:①神经质对抑郁具有显著的正向影响(β=0.71,P<0.01);②人际关系敏感在神经质和抑郁之间起部分中介作用,Bootstrap检验表明中介效应显著,95%的置信区间为[0.38~0.46],中介效应为0.42,占总效应的59.15%;③神经质经由人际关系敏感影响抑郁的中介作用受到男女性别的调节,具体表现为人际关系敏感高的女生(t=33.607,P<0.01)比男生(t=29.851,P<0.01)更容易出现更高的抑郁症状。结论:人际关系敏感是神经质影响抑郁的重要的中间环节,而上述中介作用受到男女性别的调节。

Objective:To explore the mediating role of interpersonal sensitivity in the relationship between neuroticism and depression,and the moderating role of gender in above relationships in undergraduate.Methods:A sample of 2198 undergraduates were recruited in the study to complete the questionnaires about neuroticism,depression,interpersonal sensitivity.Results:①Neuroticism were positively associated with depression(β=0.71,P<0.01);②The relationship between neuroticism and depression was mediated by interpersonal sensitivity with 95%CI[0.38-0.46]of the indirect effect which was 0.42,accounting for 59.15%of the total effect;③The gender moderated the mediating effect on neuroticism and depression and girls with higher interpersonal sensitivity were more likely to have depression than boys with the some level of interpersonal sensitiving.Conclusion:interpersonal sensitivity are likely to be an important mediator in the relationship between neuroticism and depression,which is moderated by gender.
