重型车辆ISD悬架平顺性与道路友好性分析 被引量:1

摘要 为解决重型车辆行驶过程中引发的道路损伤难题,提升重型车辆的平顺性与道路友好性,将加装惯容器的ISD(inerter-spring-damper)悬架应用于重型车辆悬架系统中,建立了重型车辆ISD悬架半车模型。运用改进粒子群算法对悬架系统的主要参数进行优化求解,并在不同路面等级和不同行驶车速条件下进行仿真分析。结果表明:与传统被动悬架相比,应用惯容器的重型车辆ISD悬架可有效抑制悬架的低频共振,减小重型车辆轮胎动载荷对道路的损害,显著提升重型车辆的平顺性与道路友好性。 In order to solve the road damage problems caused by heavy vehicle driving process and enhance the ride comfort and road friendly of heavy vehicles,the ISD( Inerter-Spring-Damper)suspension with an inerter was applied to the suspension system of heavy vehicles. A semi-vehicle model of heavy vehicle ISD suspension was established and the improved particle swarm optimization algorithm was used to optimize the parameters. Simulation analysis was carried out under different road grade and driving speed conditions. The results show that,compared with the traditional passive suspension,the ISD suspension of heavy vehicle with inerter can effectively restrain the low frequency resonance of suspension,reduce the damage of heavy vehicle dynamic tire load to the road,and significantly improve the ride comfort and road friendly of heavy vehicle.
