摘要 针对某高速动车组齿轮箱,分析其工作工况下的疲劳强度以及极限工况下强度,运用齿轮计算软件提取电机激励载荷,然后运用有限元分析软件对齿轮箱极限工况与工作工况进行强度与疲劳强度分析。分析表明:在工作工况下箱体疲劳强度满足设计要求;在极限工况下箱体强度满足要求,个别螺栓强度不合格,螺栓经尺寸优化后满足设计要求。 Aiming at the gearbox of a high-speed EMU,the fatigue strength under working conditions and the strength under extreme working conditions are analyzed. The excitation load of the motor is extracted by the gear calculation software. Then the strength and fatigue strength of the gearbox under extreme working conditions and working conditions are analyzed by the finite element analysis software. The analysis shows that the fatigue strength of the box meets the design requirements under the working conditions,the strength of the box meets the requirements under the extreme conditions,and the strength of individual bolts is not qualified. The size of the bolts is optimized,and the bolts after optimization meet the design requirements.
