摘要
针对传统缓冲阀缓冲特性单一、适应性较差,导致电磁式缓冲阀控制精度不高的问题,利用2D数字技术应用于离合器油压控制系统中,设计了2D数字缓冲阀,阐述其结构和工作原理,建立数学模型,并进行仿真分析。仿真结果表明:2D数字缓冲阀的阶跃响应时间约为55 ms,最大超调量约为18. 62%;在换挡缓冲过程中,其最大偏离量为0. 165 MPa,稳态误差为0. 056 MPa;输入不同的缓冲控制信号,阀的输出能够跟随输入变化。
The existing shift buffer valve mostly uses a passive hydraulic buffer valve,or uses a high speed on-off valve and a proportion valve. The traditional hydraulic buffering valve has a s ingle buffering characteristic and poor adaptability. And the magnetic valve has low control precision.Therefore,this paper uses the current mature 2 D digital technique in pressure control of clutches,and2 D digital buffering valve is designed. The structure and working principle of 2 D digital buffering valve are introduced. A mathematical model of 2 D digital buffering valve is established. Matlab is used to solve the model,and simulation analysis and experimental study is carried out finally. The research indicates: the response time of 2 D digital buffer valve is about 55 ms,and the valve overshoot is only 18. 62%;during shifting,its maximum deviation is 0. 165 MPa,and the steadystate error is 0. 056 MPa;different buffer control signals are input and the output of the valve can follow the input change.
