摘要
水稻信息系统在投入正常运行并有效运行一段时间后,须对新系统作全面的系统评价和维护,运用层次分析法选取了3个一级指标和相应的18个二级指标,设计了水稻信息系统的评价指标体系,并确定了指标权重,构建了模糊综合评价模型,结合实例评价了当前系统的性能,验证了该模型的可行性和实用性,并针对问题给出了改进建议。
After the rice information system is put into normal operation and effectively operated for a period of time,it is necessary to make a comprehensive system evaluation and maintenance for the new system. 3 first-class targets and corresponding 18 second-class targets were selected by using Analytic Hierarchy Process. The evaluation index system of rice information system was designed.Index weight was determined and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model was constructed. The paper evaluated the performance of the selected system and verified its feasibility and practicability,providing constructive suggestion for future improvement.
