摘要 双阴性T细胞(DNT),即TCR+CD3+CD4-CD8-T细胞,具有特殊的调节功能,其表面表达独特的标志物,分泌特有的细胞因子,在恶性肿瘤的诊断和过继免疫治疗中具有重要作用。近年来,DNT细胞的临床应用价值不断被挖掘,为恶性肿瘤的治疗带来了新的希望。深入研究DNT细胞的调控机制,将有助于临床解决恶性肿瘤的复发和转移这一难题。本文主要对DNT细胞免疫治疗调控机制及其临床应用做简要描述。 Double negative T cells(DNT), TCR+CD3+CD4-CD8-T cells, has a special regulatory function. Its surface expresses unique markers and secretes unique cytokines, which plays an important role in adoptive immunotherapy of malignant tumors. In recent years, the clinical application value of DNT cells has been continuously explored, bringing new hope for the treatment of malignant tumors. In-depth study of the regulatory mechanism of DNT cells will help clinically solve the problem of recurrence and metastasis of malignant tumors. This article mainly described the regulatory mechanism of DNT cells immunotherapy and its clinical application.
